Stable isotope integration techniques can be used in the spectrum research of the structure and function of protein species by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometer (MS), including isotope-coded affinity tag testing method(ICATTM),  stable isotope labeled amino acid cell cultivation（SILAC）, absolute quantification protein analysis method (AQUATM). Stabel isotope can be taken into protein or any other biomacromolecule by biological metabolism、enzymatic hydrolysis or chemical introduction, and then choose molecular biology software to process a structure diagram of biomacromolecule after analysed by large acale equipment.
