In our centre,there are 2 experts enjoying government subsidy, one leading talent、3 technology leaders and  4 "YouthTechnical Phosphors" of Shanghai city, among whom, more than 40% havethe  graduate degrees. It consists of 58 staff members, among whom  there are 8enior engineers at professor grade, 12 senior engineers, 12 engineers, andmembers with 7 Ph.D. and 13 Masters.  TheR&D personnel comprise mainly of young and middle aged, of whom major inchemical engineering,chemical technology,organic synthesis,inorganicsynthesis,microbial  fermentation,biochemical engineering,finechemicals,instrumental analysis,chemical analysis and other specializedsubjects. And the working team is of high academic level,strong ability of engineering,reasonable structure of age and knowledge.
